Receptionist should be more polite to patients.
Dr Poonam Malhotra Was excellent she explained everything to me and reasured me everything would be fine
Doctors are good, listens to patients and not in a hurry to shove them out the door. However just was not impressed with RN asking for personal info whilst other patients in the room. Overall a very good practice.
All the staff are very friendly professional and considerate.
