A genuinely family based service with Gp and his family providing honest and thorough care. I have been usung this service for 20 years or so and now travel quite a distance in order to continue using this professional and reliable service.
My children and I have been coming to this medical centre for at least 15 years. Never had any probems. May have to wait a while to see the doctor but when you are seen you get the appropriate attention and time.
Receptionist: are you an existing patient with us? Me: yes. With Dr Gary. R: we have an appt for Friday. May I grab your details M: gave her details. R: you last saw Dr Gary 2017, sorry we are not accepting new patients. That is considered a new patient. If I’m well, no illness, I have to book annually to be an existing patient???? That is bananas!
Dr Ferandez is a great doctor.
Just went to make an urgent appointment with my Dr of over 20yrs, to be told he has retired. Not only was no communication of this happening, the remaining drs are not taking on his patients, as they not taking "new" patients. How are we "new" patients. Disgraceful with no consideration shown to assist. Very poor and very disappointed that, as a medical provider of many differing services, the patients were not considered important enough to get a simple notification of this coming, then offer solutions.
