The HOA could be better at responding to emails instead of them just going into the void. They’d probably have better attendance to the monthly meetings if they held them weekend mornings instead of 730 pm on Tuesday evenings.

Resident for 3 years, left just last week. New management company that came in is horrible. current property manager is careless, nasty, & does not know what she’s doing. Add in rising condo fees and nothing being repaired and you have a one star review. Do not live here.

Good location and desirable amenities. VERY expensive though… since 2020 my regular HOA fee has increased almost $400/month. This is over 50% increase in just 5yrs. I recently learned of a Special Assessment which requires me to pay my first contribution of $~20K (just 9 months later!!), and 2 additional $~10k payments over the course of the following 2 years (2027& 2028).
