The HOA could be better at responding to emails instead of them just going into the void. They’d probably have better attendance to the monthly meetings if they held them weekend mornings instead of 730 pm on Tuesday evenings. The management company the building uses is horrible.
Good location and desirable amenities. VERY expensive though… since 2020 my regular HOA fee has increased almost $400/month. This is over 50% increase in just 5yrs. I recently learned of a Special Assessment which requires me to pay my first contribution of $~20K (just 9 months later!!), and 2 additional $~10k payments over the course of the following 2 years (2027& 2028).
Laundry machines are really bad. You can smell a weed everywhere
This place sucks. No communication, they took all the laundry machines out for a week, they have had caution tape up for a year (for what? Who knows?) getting in touch with the management company is impossible. The front desk attendants are uninformed and not helpful. Don’t move here.
