I was stuck on the side of the road as I was trying to move to my new home on the move day! I was so bummed. I was with a friend and we were waiting for AAA when a guy stop and asks what the problem was. He gave us a card and told us his name and that he was off for the day but to take the car to the shop he worked at Huntersville Auto Tech. He said Rob will treat you right. You know, you're supposed to be able to trust shops/mechanics to do their best without screwing you in the end. Well if that's the case, I wouldn't darken these door steps. In fact, I plan on taking legal action. I dropped my car off for a check engine code - which I already knew and already kinda had an idea of what was the fix- they however were so incompetent that they couldn't even fix a simple issue. Absolutely great mechanics and great customer service. Huntersville Auto Tech worked on my car for years and I only recently stopped going there because I no longer live in the area. Now that I’m having to rely on other mechanics in my area, I appreciate even more the service, quotes, and professionalism that I received from Huntersville Auto Tech.
