You know, you're supposed to be able to trust shops/mechanics to do their best without screwing you in the end. Well if that's the case, I wouldn't darken these door steps. In fact, I plan on taking legal action. I dropped my car off for a check engine code - which I already knew and already kinda had an idea of what was the fix- they however were so incompetent that they couldn't even fix a simple issue. No need to take your car anywhere else! The team is knowledgeable, friendly, professional but make you feel like family when you go there. As a woman and a single parent - I have heard it all and have been taken advantage of by service shops too many times to count. The team is honest and speaks to you with respect. I was stuck on the side of the road as I was trying to move to my new home on the move day! I was so bummed. I was with a friend and we were waiting for AAA when a guy stop and asks what the problem was. He gave us a card and told us his name and that he was off for the day but to take the car to the shop he worked at Huntersville Auto Tech. He said Rob will treat you right. Paid over $600 to have my overheating issues repaired. Got my car back it was still overheating. Figured I'd take it back to them because they supposedly guarantee their work, but of course this time it was the thermostat and they wanted to charge me another $300 to repair that. By now im pissed send a tow truck to recover my vehicle and take it to my preferred mechanic. Turns out the overheating was do to a bad radiator cap!! Take your car elsewhere, this place is a joke!! A friend used my car and saw my front skid was hanging. My friend took my car there without my permission 😒 😤..they removed parts of the skid protector and cracked the front bumper of my car. Law is before doing work on anyone's car must receive identification from the owner of the vehicle 🙌 . Now I'm left with a unwanted bill. Not good.
