Homes are good, but these cookie cutter homes have no privacy. They pack them in with almost no room between houses. If you have windows open you will hear your neighbors toilet flush.
They are a great company to work with, and their team does an outstanding job consulting customers on strategies and selections. Dave in the Victoria development is as good as they come. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with these folks again!
The home is great, but RTH doesn’t like to fix their mistakes. Going through the process, the woman who was helping us was getting ready for retirement and was not great at communicating anything. We would ask for updates and not hear back for a week or two after requesting them. When the time came to sell our house, she had waited until after rates began to climb and told us we could have listed our house a month ago. Robert Thomas has been exceptional to work with in building our home in the Huntersbrook neighborhood! They have been extremely patient, attentive, and helpful. We have nothing but good things to say about all the people who’ve help make our beautiful home a reality.
Dave S was awesome to work with! Brought a fun and engaging energy and spirit with all our interactions. He was always very prompt with our many questions throughout the purchase and build process. We also loved his picture texts throughout the process for us to see how the house was coming along. Highly recommend stopping by to say hi to Dave during Parade of Homes or any other time.
