With a dead battery and total inexperience in what to do, I treked over to Exxon and met Mark, the Service Manager. He immediately came to the house to jump the car, put me at ease about the situation, and had a new battery replaced in under 30 minutes, even with a garage busy with customers. VERY appreciative for their help.
