This is your typical Korean barbershop that was good when it first got established, built up a loyal customer base, and then started getting comfortable and cutting corners. Peter and Joy are the owners and the two barbers most people actually want. Joy is consistent and does a great job. Peter can give a great haircut, but apparently only when he feels like it.
