Very fast and efficient while maintaining great quality
I am visiting from NYC and recently went to Pep boys for a full synthetic oil change for half price promo. Pepboys warned me that my 2019 Mazda CX-9 front lower control arms and sway bars badly in need of replacement and quoted me $1400~. Fast forward to today, I googled a high rated auto shop nearby and this place showed up on top of the list. I decided to just bring the car to get an estimate and get it inspected. From WV/Work in Reston. Customer service was superior. The technician was super helpful with explaining things to me and was willing to help me in an instant with my problem. I had called several other shops and they said they could work me in for an appointment and i would have to wait for a few hours (all I needed was coolant and a refill (<5 min job). Will always recommend this place to anyone I know in the Reston area.
Avoid at all cost. Went to diagnose a check engine light and they were about to charge me $139 just to check it. I went to another spot and had it checked for $15. Overcharging for no reason
BEWARE! They will damage your vehicle and deny all responsibility! I brought my 2017 Toyota Tacoma in today on January 4th, for a coolant flush and spark plugs replacement. I came here due to all of the positive reviews but when I arrived I noticed they had a sign saying they’re under new management. After receiving a call that my car was ready I paid and was walking to my truck when someone ran out after me saying the mechanic wanted to speak with me.
