There's no where for me to leave a review for Green down acres in Duncansville so I'll do it here..I am not happy living here...If they can raise the lot rent as much as they do every year I think the least we can expect is clean water. This is the second time that I've done a load of white laundry and when I go to remove it from the washing machine it's stained with what looks like dirt only it doesn't come off when you rewash it. Hunters Run is a great place to live and raise a family. Of all the other "Mobile home neighborhoods" in New Castle county, Hunters Run is among the few "Trailer Parks" that doesn't fit the negative/trailer trash stereotypes. H

The park managers prey on certain residents of non white race and residents with disabilities on parking on the street meanwhile his neighbors across the street can park on the street with no action taken. He sneaks on the properties and places letters on vehicles. Whenever you try to speak to him or his wife they blatantly ignore you. They seem unapproachable and lack communication skills to deal with the large community and to manage it. In my opinion if you hold that position you should have effective communication skills... read more
