Great place to live, on the river! It has RV spaces for rent, trailers and mobile homes for rent as well. It has a boat launch and dock. The fishing is usually good even off the dock
I have lived her for 8 mo now and I am very happy here. People are nice, it's very quiet and peaceful. I hear the owls talk every night as I fall asleep. Both mobile homes and RV's are located here. Some owned and some are rentals. The property owner is making some improvements lately. And we are under new management. So positive changes are happening. An extraordinary spot on the Sacramento River, with a boat launch, and a nice clubhouse. The fishing is usually good! Salmon, striped bass, big mouth bass, steelhead, and more....
I have a friend that lives there so it makes the experience a10 !!!!
