Even though the apartments look small from the outside, they are very roomy and spacey inside. The second floor is even bigger. I’ve lived here since 2014.
Heritage Oaks has gone ghetto. It is depressing just to drive through the old neighborhood 😔 When I married my husband I moved into his home in the Heritage Oaks division of Hunters Reserve. The management company we had for many years was on top of everything. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and safe. The rules were followed like no basketball hoops and the grass was always cut short. We decided after dealing with the new management company for a couple of years to sell the home and get the heck out of there.
