I know someone that lives there. It was supposed to have a party room as part of lot payments. Now new owners and the mobile homes are placed closer to each other. More like a trailer park look sad to say than the older nicer homes layouts with decks and lots were wider in stead of long and narrow.
The love our house and the neighborhood is lovely. It's so quiet and well maintained and such a peaceful place to live. HOWEVER, the highlight of living here is easily working with Victoria. She has been absolutely fantastic from the moment we met her. She's a huge asset to Hunters Pointe and everyone that lives here.
Victoria made the financing process quick and easy to find our home in Hunters Pointe. She was knowledgeable about all of the homes we visited and helped us pick our forever home. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Any issues with the home were fixed or are being fixed with prompt service. I cannot recommend Victoria and Hunters Pointe enough!”
