DO NOT LIVE HERE. Years ago it was better but our last couple property managers have been garbage. The maintenance man is garbage. You pay a monthly $380 land lease for maintenance, and a property manager who never respond and don't get anything handled. The new houses they build are garbage, which is probably why they offer a maintenance person (who again is garbage). Hunters point in Massillon is untrustworthy and they are selling junk houses. Do not buy a house here they are selling a house that needs a new roof and not disclosing i I never told you I replaced the roof the told you I paired 2 leaks and then it started leaking in the new area. That was not fixed. And you're charging me for things that were not fixed when I moved in that were promised to be fixed and isn't it sad that it took me to post on social media for you to finally respond to me. I don’t normally ever leave reviews but I am extremely upset with my experience. Kayla made it seem like we would for sure be approved and able to move in quickly with their “no family left behind” plan. That was not our case. We submitted an application and were approved through the mortgage company but as soon as we got our background checks back, all the sudden we were unable to move forward. Neither Kayla or Clay were able to explain why. Every single call and texts were ignored. I have called Kayla, the main line, Clay.... read more
