My family and I have lived here for a little over a year. The community is very quiet, clean and well kept. The management staff is phenomenal, reaching out regularly unprompted to check in with us. Maintenance is incredibly kind, thorough and courteous of our time. Highly recommended this community if you are looking for a small townhome in a quiet but convenient location.
Beautiful new townhomes in a quiet neighborhood close to Rt 83, restaurants and grocery stores. We are enjoying our time here. Our leasing agent, Angel, was very helpful and made the moving process relatively painless as we planned our move from across the state.
Lived here since 2017 when Community was still in building process. Location is optimal, nice, quiet neighborhood and Property Management (Boyd Wilson) is the best! Service/Maintenance is efficient and thorough. Office staff is friendly and pleasant. Many perks to living in this community!!
