Keep in mind, this review is only encompassing about 4 months of living at Hunters Pointe. We moved from another townhome management company in York. I never have an issue getting in contact with the office during business hours. Even email responses are prompt. Not the we have had to very much, but worth noting. We had an issue with the water heater failing in December. We called around 8:30-9 am and we had maintenance at our house in about an hour. Even for minor things. My family and I have lived here for a little over a year. The community is very quiet, clean and well kept. The management staff is phenomenal, reaching out regularly unprompted to check in with us. Maintenance is incredibly kind, thorough and courteous of our time. Highly recommended this community if you are looking for a small townhome in a quiet but convenient location.

Beautiful new townhomes in a quiet neighborhood close to Rt 83, restaurants and grocery stores. We are enjoying our time here. Our leasing agent, Angel, was very helpful and made the moving process relatively painless as we planned our move from across the state.
