If you love someone, do NOT let them live here. Hunter's Pointe only cares about their bottom line. They have one elevator in the facility. While it was down, they had NO evacuation plan for the residents who were on the second and third floor. They told everyone to shelter in place - even in the case of a fire, but they neglected to speak with the fire department to work out an evacuation plan for the residents.
