We rented a house at Hunters Point through VRBO. It was posted and managed by AMI Locals. Our experience with AMI Locals was so good that I will likely rent directly through them in the future. They were so helpful. We didn’t even have any maintenance issues and I’d say they were more helpful than any management company that I’ve ever used for a vacation rental. Hunter's Point is a beautiful development of homes that are energy independent all appointments are top notch, including the elevator, pool, decks and dock. Not to mention that this place does not flood, even through Milton. A+
