Rude
The most irresponsible pharmacy in the city. I confirmed multiple times that my daughter’s prescription was faxed over with my doctors office. This pharmacy will claim they didn’t get the fax, not follow through with prescription orders, and give you a ton of attitude when you question why your medication hasn’t been filled. I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this pharmacy. Pricing has been inconsistent and lacks transparency. I was initially charged a lower amount, but once they became aware of my insurance coverage, the price increased. This month, they raised the price again without informing me in advance. On top of that, customer service is extremely poor. Staff are unable or unwilling to provide clear explanations. Overall, this feels unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
I’ve never been to a pharmacy that is like Hunters. All the staff are so friendly and the pharmacist is so knowledgeable and helpful!
