Thanks Josh, for figuring out the ongoing and frustrating issue I was having with my riding mower. Josh was persistent and came back 3 separate times before the problem was resolved and my mower is now running smoothly. He was very gracious and only charged me for the initial visit, even though he had to order several parts for the mower.
