We picked up a screw on our travels. We were at the dealership right at 10am. Aaron and the service team were quick to get us in and get us back on the road (we were done by 11:30). If you are in the area to buy, Matt was super friendly and fun to chat with as we were passing the time.
I wish I could split this review into departments, but I can't. Let's start with the good: The parts department here is second to none, Kris the parts department manager is a wealth of knowledge and will stop at nothing to get you what you need. Motorclothes: My experience here has also been very positive, the ladies always are willing to help and friendly. Well all I can say is I wasn’t the easiest to work with. I was on the fence for 3 months. What I appreciated was I never once felt pressured to buy. I looked at several ultras and none of them really felt like they were mine. So I passed and decided to fold em. A few months went buy and the other day I got friendly voicemail from Chuck just letting me know some new bikes came in. I went in and there it was The One.
