Got a quote for a tire job on my sportster. They told me it would be $250 on the high side after it was all set and done. They charged me almost $400. And after I was looking at my bike when it was done, I realized that both of my axle adjusters were loose and my rear fender paint was scratched. DO NOT SEND YOUR BIKE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE.

Awesome dealership! Great layout, and location? Lexe did a great job for me. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating was that it took far too long to get me in and out the door. I traveled 3.5 hours to purchase the bike, and had a 3.5 hour ride in front of me. They knew I was coming, but still I had to wait.
Edit: Added screenshots of texts with sales department since they replied it never happened. Edit 2 : I gave the sales department another shot as they had a new super glide I was interested in. The value for my trade they were going to give me was lower than buy bids I received from two separate dealers, freight and setup charges were higher, and they were pushing "paint protection".
