Perfect venue. Reasonable price. Blessed to have my party at Hunter's Landing.
It's a nice hall, not drafty, and it has a large yard that the kids could play and run in. The kitchen is fairly well equipped for a family dinner or to reheat a large meal made in advance. There are enough plates, cups, bowls, and glasses for a large group. Though you'll want to bring serving ware and knives, there aren't a lot of those. The fireplace is large and usable, and adds a very nice ambiance. All and all, if I need a large space for a gathering again, I'll probably come back.
