What a lovely place to stay. Rooms are cosy and warm, the complimentary breakfast is great, and Ralph is a fantastic host. Can’t recommend highly enough.

This is hands down the best place to stay in Queenstown. Much respect to Ralph and Renate who have taken years to bring the historic hotel back to life. Located right in the middle of town on Orr Street, with an impressive backdrop of Mount Owen. The rooms are cozy and extremely well appointed, you'll feel right at home.
