My 7 year old son has his adenoids removed yesterday & I was absolutely horrified! We were in a waiting room with 4 others chairs. The children go from this room into surgery, they then spend 30 mins in recovery after their operations & are then brought straight back into the waiting room with all the children still waiting for their turn. All of them screaming & wailing at the top of their lungs distress and in pain. We waited 2 hours before my sons surgery so my son had to watch & listen to this for 2 hours. The Rehabilitation program at Hunters Hill Private Hospital was outstanding. I attended biweekly sessions for 4 weeks post hip replacement surgery and found the care, professionalism and tailored guided program incredibly helpful in my recovery from surgery. Thanks to all the amazing staff involved.
I completed their rehab program post spinal fusion and they were incredible! The nurses are so caring and their program is very structured and effective.
