I love my dermatologist but the receptionist, Jane, is incredibly rude. I called to discuss my appointment and she basically told me she didn’t care about my issue. So unprofessional and it made me feel silly for asking a very reasonable question. I have spoken to other patients who have shared similar stories about the same woman. I am shocked someone in customer service can behave that way.
