RecommendedThe grounds are well kept. The techs come quickly to resolve your issues. People are friendly and the the Manager is a A+!!!
Don't live here. We moved into a unit that had a sliding patio door that wouldn't lock. We ended up getting robbed after living here for a little over a month and lost over $1800 worth of stuff. The maintenance and office staff are terrible and don't respond to requests in a timely matter, nor show any sort of sympathy or empathy for something they could have prevented. great location , maintainace doesn't do anything, 6 months to fix a doorbell ,now I'm waiting with 3: outstanding work orders for last 2 weeks ,and no end in site , over a week past when lady in the office said it would be handled

Hi George, We apologize for the delay in your repairs. We had maintenance go in to repair your dishwasher today and I will follow up with them on the remaining work orders for the outlet and the loud A/C .
They don't keep they're word on things. They tell you they will do something and then nothing.
Avoid this place at all costs. They talk out of both sides. Look online rent is one price come in for appointment rent has gone up. Rent apartment online go in next morning to confirm application received apartment already rented. Male leasing agent doesn't know what he's doing and will try and refer you to other properties not even owned by Village Green.
Warning late night visitors need to park in visitor lot or could possibly be towed! I think the signs should be more prominent about this, there should be arrows showing where the visitor lot is and what times towing begins should be posted (fyi can be towed between 10 and 6am) REVIEW UPDATE: Based on the response from management, I am adding a star to my review.
