Horrible service. They dressed another dead person in our mothers new clothing and put her in the wrong casket. Her body was decaying because of no urgency to embalm although we requested it be done immediately. The casket would not close. We were ignored when we tried to have a formal meeting to discuss the matter. Poor professional no compassion. Absolutely disgusting.
I would like to thank Mr Howard Hunter and Staff for a awesome job done for the passing of my husband Pastor Gregory Nathaniel Winley. They showed so much compassion and they took the time to walk us through from the very start until the end . So from my family to you Mr. Hunter and Staff we say Thank you.

The compassion and professionalism is beyond explanation. From the pre-planning phrase until the final phrase, everyone was so nice and at our disposal. They handle everything with care and it is evident that they have a caring heart. It’s not just a job for them it is their calling. Carla is one of a kind.
I am sorely disappointed with the service that I received from this company. The way that we were herded around like cattle was unprofessional and harshly inconsiderate. I don't know if the team had something else planned for that day or what, but that is NOT the problem of the family that you are servicing at the time. Funerals are a time when people whom have not seen eachother in years come together to fellowship. Emotions are high and people are extra sensitive. Ahoskie NC is 18 miles Rich Square, North Carolina ( the city my Mother passed away in ) and within 30 minutes after they were called, a representative named Carla, expediently rushed over to process the cremation paperwork with us and she was overly accommodating to all of our wishes....
