Best gym on Teesside by far - believe me I've tried them all. Great classes, a timetable that works for you, excellent coaches and an amazing community around the place. This is a beacon of positivity on Teesside - I am fitter and faster than ever before.
Welcoming no nonsense training sessions where those that are starting out or back can train with those that have been training regularly with super knowledgeable trainers ….. 💚it😊
This is such a fabulous gym! I've been hooked on the classes now for several years. Great friendly atmosphere and really useful advice from all the coaches to get the most out of your training.
I would 100% recommended, it's a great gym with a great atmosphere! The classes are filled with all different fitness levels which made me feel comfortable with when first joining
