Would absolutely not recommend. Dr. Gearity wasn’t even wearing a mask. Made me come in to the office just to charge me an insane amount for a 30 second conversations. Definitely will not be back.

I had my daughter over 8 years ago, I delivered at Osceola regional.... nightmare in its own. But I went in for my 6 week postpartum and the Doctor says “let’s talk birth control”. Which sent me into a panic as I was under the impression I had a tubal immediately following my c-section. I did in fact have a tubal, but the Doctor could’ve avoided unneeded panic by simply reviewing my records.

Horrible first experience! I was scheduled for my new patient appt at 2PM.. I arrive at 1:30PM knowing their is paperwork and such to be done. Here I am 3:15PM and have STILL not been called back to a room let alone even looked at a doctor and patients who have walked in 10 mins ago are already being seen. Will not come back here! This is not mentioning the horrible times I have had trying to even get in contact with this place to just get rude & ignorant front desk receptionists.

First, I have to say that doctors are very kind and professionals, but no so much the staff. They are rude and unprofessional. I’m been calling since last week and leaving messages to the medical staff and haven’t had a respond back. I called the receptionist and she was very rude, didn’t listen to what I was saying and yelled at me. It’s a shame because the doctors are great but I definitely will not go back. If the staff don’t know how to treat pts they shouldn’t be working in customer services or maybe they need a costume... read more
Awful if you have the ability to go somewhere else do it ! I saw them last year for an ovarian cyst I had. I would arrive at my appointment time and wouldn’t be seen anywhere from 45 mins to a hour after my time. I had an ultrasound scheduled to check the growth of my cyst and it took 2 and a half hours to be seen! I had no choice because I was having surgery in a few days.
