The worst place! The front desk staff has no clue what they are doing! Could never get to see the physician. It seems as the patients are cattle. When you call them for a mistake they did you never receive a call back. You have to wreck havoc in order for staff to do their job! They claim they have other patients and have no time for you! Well today my mother had an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner Maria . I have never encountered someone with so little people skills. I mean totally no bedside manner in dealing with patients. I am glad I was able to accompany my mother today and witness how this lady not only talked down to her but repeated the same 4 questions. The faces she kept making while looking through my mothers medical record was totally unprofessional and uncalled for.
