2 year update**** August 2024 At my 1 year mark I gave home warranty a list of about 2 dozen items. Only 3 items were addressed at all and the 3rd item never got completed. I have not heard anything from Home Warranty in 11 months!!! Other than marketing pestering me to purchase an extended warranty. Why would anyone purchase an extended warranty from any company that does not take care of building flaws they created. These people were really good. Mike got us in to our home and got us a really good deal we are really great full . We enjoy the neighborhood we've been here about a year now and everything's going fine.
Hunters Creek only continues to prove my point. All they care about is making a sale, and they treat their customers terribly. Hunters Creek didn’t have the courtesy to respond to my email they asked me to send on this review.
My experience with Legend Homes-Hunters Creek was awful. From day one, my family and I were lied to. The salesman Mike, is very unprofessional. He lied about the HOA rules, and then when we read the fine print that stated the opposite, he said on the record "you can break the HOA rules and hope they don't find out." I would strongly advise that you not trust Legend Homes-Hunters Creek. They are like shady car salespeople. All they want is your money, and they will blatantly lie to you to try and make a sale.
