Yea I have not evan moved in and this place is a WRECK! DONT MOVE HERE! Cool I will do an application to an apartment but in the application they want my direct deposit information to make direct deposits with out evan having a lease signed. Nah dude you are messed up in the head if you think it works that way.
Father in Law lived there.. on the outside the property looks ok.. but they kept gaslighting him about his AC unit.. for the amount they charge in rent you'd think they would offer better maintenance service.
I moved out in December of 2024, and let me tell you, my time there after the initial move-in was absolutely infuriating. Maintenance is the only group of hard workers here. Over the year, I made several requests to repair the AC unit, and each time, the situation got worse. It’s not maintenance’s fault because the unit actually had to be replaced in my last month of living there. This place is ridiculous. so much stuff gets broken into and stolen but they’ve yet to approve cameras and to fix the gate because “it’s over a certain amount of money . my car got broken into and my garage almost got to . and my neighbors truck got stolen . DO NOT MOVE HERE , it’s not a safe place for your belongings . not even a couple months ago a lady got her gas tank drilled into and they took her gas . absolutely horrible place to live .
i currently live here and the first year was good . but come the second year we’ve bacame absolutely roach infested . when we let management know they told us pest control comes every week and to email to be added on the list . we did just that and realized it did absolutely nothing . and they seem to not care what so ever . and this is just one of the many many nest iv killed in the past couple weeks .
