Joyce in the office is great. She herself deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately she is the only one who responds. Manager doesn't respond and says she never got any emails I sent. I sent to three different emails. Kind of odd Joyce saw them but management didn't. The only way I got any response was when I showed up at the office three weeks ago. I was told then by the manager herself a check was just mailed. We moved out in March. Here it is now almost July and still no deposit refund.
