I filled out an application, and submitted my paystubs. They decided to send it off to a third party (Snappt). This company uses a proprietary AI system, which has incorrectly determined that my paystubs were illegitimate (of which they are not), and upon appeal, did not bother to contact my employer for further 'investigation'. Go anywhere else! This place has been a mental hell you won't live ok here
Beware of this Apartment Complex! I initially loved living here, but my experience quickly soured due to poor management and maintenance issues. Key Problems: Questionable Management: Shortly after moving in, I received a bill for $50 despite having paid everything upfront. The management team that signed my lease was fired for stealing from tenants, and the new management did nothing to compensate us for their actions. Nor give us the reason of these charges! Do not accept housing assistance despite the state law. And they've found a way to circumvent the law and get away with it. They allow tenants to have dogs off leash without repercussions or concern for other tenants, pets safety. The list goes on. All they really do is collect the money 💰.
