Acabo de mudarme, me encanta el apartamento que nos dieron a mi y a mi pareja. Agradezco mucho a la Sr Joyce por su buena atención. Solo hemos batallado con el parking por que llegamos cerca de las 9 y ya está lleno, de ahí en fuera todo bien
They kept my deposit money and lied to me, saying they couldn't give it back I think they're thieves and I don't recommend these apartments
I was going to move into these apartments and I applied. Then I went to the office and the person there was very rude and told me that she would decide whether or not to give me the money. The other person I spoke to had told me that she would give me the money during the week. I don't recommend this place at all. I have to go to legal process
Please please do not lease this appartment. In my unit electric stove is not working since Friday night and exposed wire is there. I have called more than 20 times no one came to fixed it.so please do not lease this apartment.
I’ve got to give it to Reina, at least when she does respond she is helpful. The office lady Joyce is super unpleasant and has little to no customer service skills. It’s better than 92nd and Federal and that alone deserves one star. I’ve had to bug bomb my house multiple times since living there with our own money and we’ve been there since March. Trash valet is questionable, nice people when they do come around though. Washer somewhat works, beats going to the laundromat but outrageous prices for rent and utilities for you ... read more
