My parents bought a brand new home there and have had nothing but issues with it. The heater broke in December and they had to sleep there for 2 nights with no heat. My mom paid the repair guy and is supposed to be reimbursed for it, still hasn’t happened. Guess what… it’s broken again blowing cold air and the pipes are frozen. I left the water dripping but it’s so cold in the house that it froze. With freezing temps and negative windchills this is unacceptable. Would give zero stars if possible. Have lived here 5 years now and it has consistently went down hill. Lot rent is the highest around the area and the park management doesn’t care about it’s residents (horrible upkeep and the allowances of getting overran by stray cats)
Very nice Mobile home community. I mow grass here and do home repairs for people. The people that i work for say the lot rent is high.
