Brian is a great person to talk to about getting a place here, can't wait to move in. Fast forward 6 years and things get worse and worse. Don’t let the photos fool you. They only care about how it looks from the entrance. Highest rent around and over ran with cats.

I mow grass and do home maintenance ( honey do projects) in Hunters Chase. It is a nice community.
My parents have been trying to purchase a new home from here since February and it’s August already. 6 months of poor communication and customer service. Since there isn’t an employee at each office every day you have to play phone tag. I can’t imagine how much trouble they will have when actually living there, if they even get to that point. 6+ months to buy a manufactured home is laughable.
Requested a tour. Someone reached out and scheduled one. When the time came, no one showed up, answered the phone or texted back.
