My parents have been trying to purchase a new home from here since February and it’s August already. 6 months of poor communication and customer service. Since there isn’t an employee at each office every day you have to play phone tag. I can’t imagine how much trouble they will have when actually living there, if they even get to that point. 6+ months to buy a manufactured home is laughable.
Requested a tour. Someone reached out and scheduled one. When the time came, no one showed up, answered the phone or texted back.
That is the cleanest mobile home park I think I've seen in a very long time hats off to the managers that are running that place cuz you're doing a fantastic
