On November 27th ,2023 my son used my debit card to get $20 worth of gas. The cashier ran the transaction twice because she said the first time didn't go through. So she ran it again then saw they both went through. She said that one transaction would be refunded back to my card. She did not give him a receipt but my bank account shows both transactions ran back to back. It is now January 6,2024. I have not received any refund. Stopped here around 7 pm on a Saturday. The Wendy’s lobby next door was closed so I walked over to use the restroom. The women’s had a sign that said out of order, and the attendant told me to use the men’s. It was a single room and locked, but I still felt weird so I called my husband (who was feeding our puppy in the Wendy’s parking lot).
