Can’t say enough good things, my surgery went splendid, DR Sperling is an amazing surgeon, his staff was so comforting, Jordan Vitelli APN was so reassuring and helped me with clear instruction afterwards. Horrible with scheduling I was there for my 10:30 appointment, which was confirmed over the phone, took of from work and when I get there they said I did not have any appointments. You would figured If I have a 9:00 am appointment that someone would call and say, hey are you coming. I have been 3 months with pain on my pelvis are, and this is what I get
Dr. Sperling is a terrific doctor. But the woman at the front desk (not the lovely Asian woman) is deplorable. I was going out of town and felt I had a uti. She refused to allow me to leave a sample because she said I needed to speak to the nurse. I agreed to speak to one by phone but she refused and I went out of town with a possible UTI, which can be serious.
