Dr Muglia is a very impressive physician. She is highly knowledgeable and articulate and I definitely plan to see her again.
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Parag Patel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Upon entering the room, I stood up to greet him with a handshake and a "good morning,Thanks for meeting me" but he declined the gesture, mumbling something inaudible. While I respect that everyone has their boundaries or reasons for being contactless(especially since covid), it would have been more comforting if he had explained his approach to set expectations and foster understanding.
