I had been going to this practice for many years. Over time I have found that they really dont care about you and the office management is very rude. I have called numerous times for info and many times phone calls are not returned. Prescription sent to wrong pharmacy. No follow up once tests are done. I would say find another practice. Bad news
I agree with the previous comment about poor communication and unprofessionalism from office staff. Doctors are great, however the rude disposition of people answering the phone is making me thinking about changing Family Doctor.
BEWARE-hiring this office for prenatal care was a HUGE mistake. After only one appointment and prenatal bloodwork done at their office, they billed $12k (twelve thousand dollars) to my insurance and I was sent a bill stating I am personally responsible for a large portion of this even though I know my insurance covers this bloodwork as they have done in the past.
