Insensitive doctors and curt staff. Wait serval days for a return phone call. When they finally do call back it’s past 7pm. Terrible heath care provider.
Go anywhere else. Unable to diagnose my issue with four visits over a few weeks time span. I was advised to go buy Allegra. Two weeks later, I was diagnosed with stage four cancer by an honest to god doctor somewhere else.
I love the staff here. Whether for a sick visit or a well visit, I have always had a welcoming and positive experience. They have been attentive and helpful for every one of my visits. Thanks to the staff!
Please, if you do not have enough nurses to do your triage and you don't have enough doctors to care for your patients...cut down on the patient load. Waiting for 12 hours twice in one week for a return call from 8 am in the morning until 5 or 6 pm at night is unprofessional and uncaring. The cost of Healthcare in this country demands better service than this.
