I've been trying to get into touch with someone at this office for the past week. I have even sent a message online. When I call I am either sent to voicemail or no answer at all. There appears to be a common theme here based on these reviews.
0 stars. Absolutely blasphemy. You call at 8 am you get a voice message not even the option of leaving a message to call back. I actually work in healthcare. You can put calls on “park” or hold in layman’s terms. A call at 8 am…. You get a voice saying we are having too many calls right now; please call again. No option of leaving a voicemail. Here’s the kicker call the emergency line and they tell you if you want an appointment call during business hours. So if I call for me or my children at 8 am (when they open) again too... read more
Making an appointment over the phone is pretty much impossible. Not sure if they’re understaffed or the desk people just don’t care or are completely incompetent. Had to show up in person to schedule and appointment after calling over 30 times over the course of 3 days. Can’t send something through the portal to have them call you either because even if you tell them “I can’t take calls when I’m at work please call after 4:30” they’ll call you whenever. Extremely frustrating.
I've been calling for about 2 weeks for a simple request. The receptionists are all blocking and refusing my calls. I am reporting this office for their unprofessionalism and discrimination. This is absolutely ridiculous. You call and they treat you more like a nuisance rather than a patient. They are not warm or welcoming at all. They place you on hold for 10 -15 minutes at a time only to come back to the line to be unhelpful and annoyed that you called in the first place. As my kids are new patients i give this amazing star to the provider my twins saw on August 5th as they very much liked them. However, the office staffing is incompetent and they dont deserve any stars. Never once in my 15 years have I had any trouble getting physcial forms signed and returned back the day of their physcials. Please check your forms before leaving this site. My son's info was on my daughter's and vise versa. They copied my forms for whatever reason and the copy was unreadable. And not all forms were handed b... read more
