Received a voicemail saying I need to make an appointment for a prescription refill, I’ve been calling and calling for weeks and can never get through!!! Unacceptable. Will be looking to find a better location who actually picks up calls to schedule appointments.
My favorite Dr recently transferred here (Dr. Zeh). I see quite a few bad reviews previously, but I called and spoke with someone immediately. Was set up as a new patient pretty easily. No issues with making or keeping the appointment. Dr. Zeh is great as always, the nursing team and staff was erw friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Update: they respond to all the low reviews saying they’ll have the office manager get in contact with you. They don’t. They’re completely incompetent. I’ve been trying to get them to send my updated prescription with the updated dosage to my pharmacy and it’s been crickets. No one returning my phone call. ———- Impossible to get through. Place is going downhill. Did they get bought out by private equity and are trying to drain it and declare bankruptcy? I don't know, but it sure seems like it. Broken appointments, multiple times, poor communication. It's a shame because I like my doctor there, but clearly they are under new management that is doing a terrible job. It used to be a great place.
