You will never see me again at your office. I walk in wait for 15 min before someone said something. I was advised that they were dealing with sick people all day. I ask for a face mask they would not give me one. The girl at the front desk had a big attitude on her. I was asking her a question and she slams the glass window on me. receptionist put you on hold immediately when they answer, they leave you on hold & do not get on the lins. please look into this. this is very poor patient care and should be addressed.
Been waiting two weeks to get a prescription renewed that was submitted through their portal. No responses to messages following up on status, no phone calls returned, no response to the pharmacy. Unconscionable for a Drs. Office to leave a patient without critical necessary medicine with no responses. Should be ashamed of yourselves.
Absolutely lousy staff and incompetent appointment and billing staff and service. They entered the wrong coding for my requested medical service which was not covered under my insurance plan and for which i was unnecessarily/unfairly charged and upon requesting clarification on the billing was dealt with very rudely by the billing department. It is impossible to get through to this office. I have called constantly for 2 days now and also have in the past. And the recording says due to high call volume.they can not answer How can they have high call volume all the time? It’s ridiculous. And when you leave a message they say they will get back in 2 days. And if you miss that call, guess what? You have to wait 2 more days. Really bad customer service.
