I have been calling this office for a week just to get a recording they have high call volume and to call back later, my prescriptions run out and its almost impossible to get a refill, just get told that it was sent to the dr...
It's absolutely ridiculous how the receptionists treat callers and patients...completely incompetent and it's a shame because the staff besides those lazy and rude people is awesome...I was just in the office with my daughter...all of them were just talking...no one in the office waiting and no one on the phone...literally 2 minutes after we left they weren't answering...then answered and sent me to hold where I waited for 10 minutes before I hung up and trying for 25 minutes to get thru to the office...still no answer...
I've been trying to get into touch with someone at this office for the past week. I have even sent a message online. When I call I am either sent to voicemail or no answer at all. There appears to be a common theme here based on these reviews.
0 stars. Absolutely blasphemy. You call at 8 am you get a voice message not even the option of leaving a message to call back. I actually work in healthcare. You can put calls on “park” or hold in layman’s terms. A call at 8 am…. You get a voice saying we are having too many calls right now; please call again. No option of leaving a voicemail. Here’s the kicker call the emergency line and they tell you if you want an appointment call during business hours. So if I call for me or my children at 8 am (when they open) again too... read more
