Great doctors and caring staff. My primary doctor is Dr. Andrews, she is an amazing doctor. She listens to you and genuinely cares about your well-being. She is one of a kind. Especially in this Era when you are just a number to most of these doctors. She is a throw back to the old days when your doctor actually knows you. She is also great with kids. Thank you Dr Andrews and the amazing staff.
Impossible to get through. They send me to voicemail directly or put me on hold immediately and do not answer the phone. I’ve been trying to get my medication refill issue situated. It’s been a week - no one reached back out to me or my pharmacy.
After reading the recent reviews, it’s apparent there is an ongoing issue at this office. If you are on a medication that is imperative to your health and quality of life, you may be best moving to another doctor's office that won’t leave you high and dry. I am on Day 3 with no medication because the office has failed to respond. CVS has been reaching out for weeks, and I made three separate phone calls requesting attention to this critical issue.
Very hard to get hold on some to speak and fix appointment . Been calling last two day to fix appointment and was told to call on Sunday morning to fix appointment for same day visit stating it will be slow day. Now it’s 8:39 am when I called around 8:20 am they are fully booked for today’s appointment . Difficult particularly Incase of primary physician.
