I bin going to this practice for well over 20 year. It was across the street when I started going. Seen many great doctors come and go. Now the hole left side of practice is empty. Front staff is rude to you . Nurses are the worst of the worst. They lie don't call in prescriptions. I bin waiting 2 months for a blood glucose meter to be called In. They call in wrong g one that's not covered under insurance. I had them on 3 way calls with insurance company . They say they not the fax . They resend it why we are on phone. Never... read more
My wife has been seeing Dr. Pazdan and nurse Aneta Rozkowski for several of years. Both of these staff members are very professional and have very compassionate concerns for their patients. They take the time to listen intently to the concerns of their patients. If your looking for a Dr. who has very good bed side manners towards their patients, this Dr that you want.
If I could rate lower than a one star, I absolutely would. Tiffany Walck my main doctor didn’t even have the decency to come out to the receptionist window and tell me “we have to cancel your appointment because you came late”. My appointment for a yearly physical was at 8:30 AM and I got into their office 8:32 and was told I had to fill out paperwork because I haven’t been there in almost a year. Useless and they won’t help you at all. They say nothing is wrong but the next day at the ER and then they want to see you. I stopped going there.
Kimberly was amazing as always. all of the staff were very sweet and helpful. I had a great experience!!!!
