Waiting 14 days for the Doctor to fill in the form,needed by MVC. This practice has a poor connection with a patients. The receptionist has been rude on the phone. High staff turnover,low staff qualification continue to hamper the effectiveness of Hunterdon Family & Sports Medicine. If I could leave a zero I would very rude front desk .
After being a patient for a few years I referred a friend to the practice and was appalled at the way the doctor spoke and treated my friend. He was not very professional and didnt listen to what we were trying to tell him. He also forgot to give us the referral to the kidney doctor we needed to go to even though he wrote the name down and said he was doing it. We use Dr. Kroon and she is a great caring Doctor. We are very happy to use there service . The staff is great and friendly to deal with . I always recommend to others to use them .
While a trip to the doctors is never on our favorite list of things to do, I must say the staff, nurses and doctors are all so wonderful. Tonight we saw Dr. John and he was the greatest pediatric doctor we have ever visited with! Only thing that could make it better is if he did house visits � thanks for always making my son your priority!!!
Went for my first visit this evening, they got me in at short notice and the staff were all tremendous. What an amazing group. Thank you all for your expertise and people skills. Front desk, nurses and doctors. 20 out of 10!
I was very iffy about changing my prior pediatrician of so many years to HPA but it was very highly recommended. I can now say I regret transferring my 4 children care to them! The staff that answers the phone is not very pleasant and the replies I was getting from them was unacceptable. I had to request to speak to a supervisor to get my my situation taken care of.
