RecommendedI will say I was very hesitant to start coming here regularly. I've heard some real horror stories. I found out I was pregnant in August of 2019 and have been going there regularly for appointments. The staff is very friendly and extremely thorough. This is my first baby so I'm pretty skeptical. Last night I was there for an appointment getting blood drawn and a shot as well as a general prenatal check up. I got blood drawn and everything was fine. Literally the worst facility I have ever been to. Doctors googling symptoms. Perpetually irritated operators and office staff. Upcharging patients for services they didn’t ask for. Unprofessional demeanors left and right and misdiagnoses. Here's my prognosis: This place is like a hell carnival.
RecommendedPersonal Care always available. Dr. Smith never rushes once he's in. Takes personal interest unlike most Drs. today. Joe saved my life when he sent me straight to the hospital in 2016. He is an expert in anxiety and depression care although he is not a psychiatrist. Was my Dr. for many many years. Started with Dr. Weinstein in 1987 and moved to Dr. Smith for other issues until my retirement in April 2017 when I moved to Europe. RecommendedHad a physical and it took over an hour. Dr Linda McGill and the staff is unbelievable. Love that place. Got an eye test balance test flu and pneumonia shot went over absolutely everything. Have full confidence in everyone there.
Avoid this practice. Great at taking co-pays and up charges for normal visits, bad at providing care. This is the second time we had an emergency with our children and we were a block away from the office. Turned away being told “we don’t have time.”
