I visited the Phillipsburg location. The physician was very nice, but the turn around for test results are way to long for someone like me who worries a lot, on the third day after my visit I called the office to see if my results were in and they are in fact in but they won’t tell me anything because the doctor hasn’t reviewed them yet. I also just called again on day 4 and was told the same thing that she hasn’t reviewed my results and they will send her a message. Office staff was rude at this office and Washington branch with exception of 2 girls at Washingtons. Paperwork has been messed up, as was our billing many times. Nurses were nice as was our Drs. Special Shout out to Andrews, Mitzi and Wise. You guys are great!

I went few weeks ago with an appt. Time and no one was there to open up. Another who had an appt. after me was also waiting. I pressed #3 for answering machine and someone came on to say they’re just waiting for the girls to come in and check people in. They’re trying to get a hold of her. She was over a half hour late. Otherwise, the staff was wonderful. But she never apologized or nothing. Once she came in inside the desk to check people in.

First time there Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Everyone one was pleasant. Wait time was short and medical staff was very helpful and informative.
