No one does their job. They change the system every 2 months and nothing makes sense. Honestly find somewhere else.
NP Brielle and NNP Tom are truly the best things that have happened to this office. They take their time, listen, and never make you feel rushed. I always feel heard and cared for when I see them. Unfortunately, the front desk is the complete opposite. They are consistently rude, short, and unhelpful. Even asking where the bathroom was felt like an inconvenience to them — I was made to feel like I was bothering someone just for asking a simple question. I don't normally do reviews but in this case it's deserved. I saw Brielle Gomez at the stryker road office. She was amazing. She was professional but compassionate. She not only explained what she was going to do but also explained her logic for doing it. Which put me at ease. If you have an appointment with this amazing young lady, fear not you are in the best of hands. Big thanks to everyone at stryker road. You are amazing.
Don’t bother using the portal for appointment requests or medication refill requests. The staff is rude and couldn’t care less if you’ve been contacting them for 4 or more days requesting a medication refill. The front desk staff will see you walk in and completely ignore you as they converse and do whatever it is they’re doing that isn’t always work related. I won’t give a bad rating for just one person. This is my first time at this Phillipsburg location and staff is always A+ at ANY Hunterdon facility. This Jessica at the front desk was not very pleasant at all. I was NOT the patient and she told me I had to wait outside. I was well aware that my daughter had to wait outside but I had to go in to check her in because I didn’t have the number. I explained that.
