I saw Janine for my first craniosacral treatment, and it was amazing! The entire experience was incredibly relaxing. In the beginning of the session, Janine explained her approach to craniosacral, and we discussed my needs and goals for the session. She took the time to listen empathetically and ask follow-up questions. By the end of the session, I was calm, relaxed, and content. CRANIOSACRAL THRERAPY: I had shoulder discomfort, after the first treatment my should discomfort was better and gone after the second treatment. I had a sinus headache that I get from allergies, when Janine was done with the treatment my headache was gone and I could feel fluid draining. I feel relaxed during and after the treatment.
