Their message says 2 business days to return a call. And that’s what they did. Very disappointed with Dr who told me diagnosis and basically left the room without any info. Furthermore, she did not go any further to find out I have a rare variation.
My wife was scheduled for an appointment visit that she completed. The doctor scheduled for a procedure scheduled within two weeks after that visit. The hunterdon auto appointment reminder notified me a week before to confirm the washington visit on a daye a week earlier. We went to the appointment thinking that the procedure was rescheduled earlier to find out that the hunterdon dermatology appointment was for the same appointment that my wife already completed. Called 10 times and not once has anyone answered. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t waste ur time.
Not sure if the secretaries are deaf, incompetent or they just don’t have sufficient knowledge and training in picking up a phone when someone is calling for 40min trying to make an appointment for a 7mo old who’s suffering from severe skin conditions…
