Do not take your car here for servicing unless it's a warranty requirement. They will attempt to sell you repairs you don't need. Absolutely horrible service. Tried a whole day to get a hold of spare parts to order a part, left my number twice and still no call back even the next day. Called service to confirm there was someone in spares to which I was told “yes, but he doesn’t answer the phone, you might have better luck at Newcastle VW”
Rob was very helpful with my questions ref the cars.
$510 just too look at my leaking hydrologic clutch lol
