Easily one of the worst dealerships in the Hunter Valley. Trying to get them on the phone to book in a service? Forget about it! Trying to get them to find a registered new vehicle in the VW system so you can book it in? Forget about it! Trying to have a conversation with the service staff to resolve an issue? Forget about it! If this is the level of service Volkswagen Australia is happy to accept from their dealerships, then I would suggest buying another brand of vehicle.
Incredulous! I can’t understand how this business is struggling to stay afloat, if the rumours around town are to believed. They have superior product knowledge, not necessarily about VWs, which was all I was interested in, but they really know their Isuzus. I also appreciated their modern, detached sales techniques, although an older, more difficult customer could mistakingly interpret this as disinterest.
