Easily one of the worst dealerships in the Hunter Valley. Trying to get them on the phone to book in a service? Forget about it! Trying to get them to find a registered new vehicle in the VW system so you can book it in? Forget about it! Trying to have a conversation with the service staff to resolve an issue? Forget about it! If this is the level of service Volkswagen Australia is happy to accept from their dealerships, then I would suggest buying another brand of vehicle.
Incredulous! I can’t understand how this business is struggling to stay afloat, if the rumours around town are to believed. They have superior product knowledge, not necessarily about VWs, which was all I was interested in, but they really know their Isuzus. I also appreciated their modern, detached sales techniques, although an older, more difficult customer could mistakingly interpret this as disinterest. Great Service
Most useless company ever . Don't care about customer service. Been waiting 5 months for seat covers 4 months for a bull bar which was installed on the piss. Couldn't get the rims and tyres because they didn't have them. So on so on . People buy a new car they think there gonna be looked after more and not get ripped off well this company don't care .
