We had an amazing experience with Hunter Valley Pool Perfection. They were super helpful from start to finish and really knew what they were talking about. They took the time to explain everything clearly and only sold us what we actually needed — no upselling at all, which we really appreciated. We even got into a bit of trouble with our pool, and they went above and beyond by loaning us equipment free of charge to help us out. That level of service is rare these days. HVPP was the local company I contacted when I needed to replace all pump, filter and chlorinator for the pool in the house I had just purchased. Mark was so helpful and responsive. That was back in 2022. Subsequently I had HVPP service my pool every month - the amazing Dan - and I had no complaints or issues. The pool was always sparkling and the Dolphin S200 Mark recommended in 2022 has done countless tours of duty cleaning the leaves from my neighbour's overhanging trees!!.
