The team at Hunter Valley Pool Perfection have looked after our lap pool for over 5 years, never any issues, pool was always clean and ready yo swim in all year round, reasonably priced and never upsold me anything that was needed in the way of equipment or chemicals. They made owning a pool a breeze and highly recommend them.
Mark and the Team are straight up legitimate people! They answer every question and advise the best options. I have had numerous installations by the guys and all are 1st rate they only use quality products.
Huge thank you to HVPP, the staff were tremendous with knowledge and experience to help me get my pool cleaned after a recent storm without pushing any selling of products I already had or didn’t need straight away! After using another 2 pool shops in the HV, I have never felt more cared for and looked after by an honourable team. I now travel to Cessnock only for HVPP services and products!
You would not believe the amount of trouble these blokes have gotten us out of these last few days. Dealing with other pool people, we ended up with the wrong filter twice and had nothing but drama after drama. Went and saw these legends and our pool pump has never run better. From chemicals to different valves and a new filter cartridge, our pool is running beautifully! Cheers legends!!!!!
We had an amazing experience with Hunter Valley Pool Perfection. They were super helpful from start to finish and really knew what they were talking about. They took the time to explain everything clearly and only sold us what we actually needed — no upselling at all, which we really appreciated.
