We were very disappointed with our stay here last night. The rooms are very dated. The shower and bathroom is like staying a a caravan park. We had NO HOT WATER and when bringing this concern to the owner was told they have 2 hot water services and maybe everyone else has used it all. Sorry but we pay for a Room with a shower for a reason. The state of the room was abhorrent even for a budget motel. Cockroaches in the room. The fridge didn't work and smelt of off milk. Kettle continued to boil until I turned it off manually. The bed blankets had stains on them and the shelf was near falling off the wall. The wardrobe had mud and grass inside. The bathroom was so disgusting I felt dirtier after having used the shower. I was very happy. Got rained in and could not travel further. Room comfortable and clean, not expensive. Helpful staff. A positive experience. Thank you Sophie !!!!
