So grateful and blessed to have built with Hunter Valley Homes. Today I checked in after a year with the amazing talented builder Matt Naylor to update on some small issues. He replied to my message within 30 mins and sent Hayden over to fix the small problems this afternoon. Very poor communication from the Sales Manager Adam. I offered 3 projects to be priced that would significantly benefit the company (one being 50 townhouse development and another 15 townhouses) but I kept having to chase Adam every time for a response. He would only respond if I had chased him up and then promise he would have the pricing to me by the end of the week or day but every time wouldn't do it. Very disappointed as I had high hopes to working with this company long term.
Found them great to deal with.
