Had the absolute worst experience trying to get my money back after cancelling a booking with nightingale villas. I cancelled a free cancellation booking in November 2023, but still hadn’t received any money back after waiting a good three weeks. I then called the place multiple times, left voicemails which they didn’t return and but eventually over Christmas they told me “our finance team will process that for you and you’ll get it in 4 business days”.
