Fantastic service for my husband who has Haemochromatosis and requires 2-3monthly venesections. We have travelled around Australia over the last 8months and either had to pay a fortune or GP didn't want to bleed him (Dr had incorrect knowledge on Ferritin levels!!!!!!!!-so annoying). Also get inexperienced GP/RN on inserting cannula However not at Hunter Blood Group. Everything efficient and professional and RN exceptional at IV insertion. Payment very minimal We wish this service was Australia wide - fantastic 🥳🥳🎉🎉
I’ve only been to the practice for three infusions so far, but each visit has been among the best patient/customer service I’ve had in the past two years of managing my inflammatory disease.
